Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: Apr 2021

1. Overview of Services

Silverspace Inc (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides career coaching, job search advisory, and professional support services, including but not limited to resume optimization, interview preparation, job search strategy, employer outreach assistance, and post-offer guidance.

All services offered are advisory and coaching based in nature.

Silverspace Inc does not guarantee employment, job placement, salary outcomes, or immigration/visa results.

2. Cooling-Off Period (Refund Eligibility)

Clients are eligible for a full refund within five (5) business days from the Effective Date of the signed Service Agreement, provided that no services have been initiated during this period.

Refund requests within this cooling-off period must be submitted in writing to:

3. Non-Refundable Services

After the five (5) business day cooling-off period or once services have commenced, all fees paid become non-refundable.

Services are considered commenced when any of the following occur:

  • Resume or LinkedIn profile review or modification
  • Interview preparation or mock interview sessions
  • Job search strategy discussions
  • Employer outreach support or communication assistance
  • Any advisory, mentoring, or consulting session is delivered

Because these services are professional, time-based, and customized, refunds are not provided once delivery has begun.

4. Upfront Fees

Upfront fees are charged for professional advisory services and compensate for time, expertise, and resources allocated to the client.

Once services begin, upfront fees are non-refundable, even if the client chooses not to continue or does not achieve a desired outcome.

5. Success-Based Advisory Fees

Any success-based or post-placement advisory fees:

  • Apply only after the client voluntarily accepts an employment offer
  • Are billed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement
  • Are not refundable once triggered under the agreement terms

6. No Guarantees

Silverspace Inc does not:

  • Guarantee job placement
  • Guarantee employment offers
  • Guarantee visa approval, sponsorship, or immigration outcomes
  • Act as an employer or payroll provider for clients

Clients remain fully responsible for their job applications, interview participation, employment decisions, and immigration compliance.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only if eligible under Section 2):

  • Email info@silverspaceinc.com
  • Include your full name and registered email
  • Submit the request within five (5) business days of the agreement effective date

Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed back to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Silverspace Inc directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute with their bank.

This policy does not limit any rights a client may have under applicable card network rules, but refunds are governed solely by this Refund Policy and the signed Service Agreement.

9. Policy Alignment

This Refund & Return Policy is governed by and must be read together with the Silverspace Inc Service Agreement. In the event of any conflict, the terms of the signed agreement shall prevail.
